Patricia Gorton, Principal Consultant of People Centered Transformations, has 30+ years of experience helping organizations, teams, and individuals unleash their potential. She is passionate about putting people at the center of every transformation because she understands this is the only way to make transformation successful.
Tricia has led talent, leadership, and learning for global organizations going through large-scale transformations, including M&A, system transformation, business process changes, and more. As both a consultant and organizational development executive, she has created a culture of change for Fortune 100 companies, private equity-owned businesses, and IPO start-ups.
Tricia has designed and customized hundreds of learning activities and development opportunities for thousands of people and teams. With this deep expertise, she can customize activities for strategic initiatives that are flexible and iterative to meet the needs of any team or organization at any stage of change. She not only taps her own potential for projects, but that of her extensive network.
